The Department of Education and Skills has issued Circular 0028/2013: Simplified arrangements for the maintenance of the Register (Clárleabhar), Roll Book (Leabhar Rolla) and Daily Attendance Book (Leabhar Tinrimh Laethúil). From the beginning of the 2013/14 school year the Department is simplifying the requirements for the maintenance of the register (clárleabhar), roll book (leabhar rolla) and daily attendance book (leabhar tinrimh laethúil) by primary schools, the details of which are outlined in Circular 0028/2013. In addition the DES has issued examples of the simplified books. DES
has also made availble an Excel version of the Leabhar Tinreamh.
