Filling Part-time Resource Posts

DES has updated Appendix C of Circular 0013/2013. Schools with part-time resource hours should endeavour to fill the posts in the first instance from surplus hours in base posts. If following this the school fails to secure hours in a base school post the school may apply to DES to fill the position in a part-time capacity (Form: Resource 2013-14). DES has prepared a FAQ document relating to Part-time teaching posts to cover NCSE approved resource hours 2013/2014.
