The Department of Education and Skills
has issued the panels to the panel operators and has issued an information
update on all redeployment panels. The latest update was issued by the DES on 17 April 2013.
The
DES has published a FAQ Document – Redeployment Arrangements for
Surplus Permanent and CID Holding Teachers which reflects the various
revisions that have been made over recent years to the redeployment
panel arrangements. It supersedes the “Panel Rights for Teachers”
booklet that was last updated in 2005. Click on the links below for the

A Letter of Offer should be issued to all
teachers being offered a position in the school from the panel. A template letter of offer is available in the “Appointment” section of CPSMA website.
