Reminder: January 18th – Leavers form to be submitted to SENO

Schools should forward the list of children with SEN who they are aware will be leaving at the end of the school year. In schools where no children with SEN are leaving, the school should complete the form signalling a NIL return. This shouldbe returned to the SENO by January 18th 2013.

January 18th 2013: Schools to submist leavers form to SENO. A copy of which can be obtained by clicking on the link below or from NCSE website.
March 15th 2013: Schools to submit applications for teaching and SNA supports to SENO
Leavers Form – Mainstream School (to be submitted to SENO by January 18th 2013)
Leavers form – Special School (to be submitted to SENO by January 18th 2013)
