As a follow up to Circular 0063/2013 (Reducing Costs to Parents – School Uniforms), the Department of Education & Skills is undertaking a further review of this circular with a view to further reducing the cost of school uniforms and associated expenses.
As part of this review, the DES is inviting the education partners to provide observations, comments or suggestions focused on specific mechanisms and actions that could reduce the cost of school uniforms and other associated costs.
If you have any observations or suggestions as to how these costs might be reduced, please feel free to email them to [email protected], with “School Uniforms” in the subject line, by Friday 25th November.
