The Labour Court has made recommendations in relation to self-certified (or uncertified) sick leave and has recommended a phased move to new arrangements. Circular 0037/2012, published on 2nd November, 2012, aims to implement the recommendation of the Labour Court in respect of self certified (or uncertified) paid sick leave for special needs assistants.
