  • Maternity Protection Entitlements
  • Paternity Leave Scheme
  • Adoptive Leave Entitlements
  • Career Break Scheme
  • Job Sharing Scheme
  • Carer’s Leave Scheme
  • Parental Leave Entitlements
  • Unpaid Leave               

The electronic book titled “Terms and Condition of Employment for Registered Teachers in Recognised Primary and Post Primary Schools” – Edition 2″ contains eleven chapters in relation to the aforementioned areas. This Edition replaces Edition 1, and in addition replaces all previous circulars, memoranda, rules and regulations in relation to these areas.
